41-57 of my 365 project

Never give up - for that is just the time and place that the tide will turn.  ~ Harriet Beecher Stowe

If I've learned anything about this project, its that sometimes you gotta get back up on the horse, even if she kicked you off in the first place.  Once I missed a few days, I thought - this is not how its going to go down.  I've got to have a REALLY good reason to stop taking photos each day and just being uninspired is not a good enough excuse.  So at Day 47, I thought to myself, even if its a picture of a box, I am taking it!

And a bit of a back story on some of the photos -  even though my grandma is in the hospital (as you'll see below) she is doing beautiful.  I am so impressed how at 95 years of age, she is bouncing back from hip surgery.  She is my inspiration to never give up.  In fact, when I took the picture below (shooting from the hip because she would NEVER let me take this willingly), I think she was telling my mom how she needed her to smuggle in some dark chocolate.  Priorities, right?

Oh, and the last photo - I promise you they are icicles.  :)

I'd love to know if anyone else is taking on a project they've always wanted to do, but originally seemed insurmountable?  That's where I am at - inspired to persevere, even if I end up taking a whole lot of pictures of coffee cups.
